At our last table top session James mentioned that there is a program that we can download to view our character sheets.
I believe that he needs to send you the file containing your details rather than it being stored online.

Does anyone know which program he was talking about?

It's actually an Excel sheet, not a full program, though it has in import/export feature so that the data can be sent around in small 30kb packets, rather than the full 13Mb+ of the sheet.
